A nice rack drawer with ball bearing- full extension drawer slides, spring latch, rubber matt and rear cable grommet.
Drawer face has a nice brushed anodized finish.
In very good conditions, a few little scuffs that you'll never notice once its in your rack.
I don't have the key but it does latch when closed. A generic key, you can get from a dealer for about $10.
A standard 3U rack space 5-1/4” H X 19”W X 15-1/4”D
The list price on this is about $400, they are selling most places for $250- $300
