Property Caretaker & housing wanted. Work on property in exchange for housing. 40 years of construction work, always working with my hands, gardening, mechanically inclined. Operate all kinds of equipment, back hoe, dozer, excavator, dump truck, do plumbing. Electrical is my weak point, but I have a great contractor friend, so thats covered. Love the country, was raised in the country & want to get back to the peace & quiet. Live in Sonoma county, but would look at something outside area if great deal.
