My small dog and I are looking for a reliable room share in the Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Dublin, or Pleasanton areas. My maximum budget for the first 6 months is up to $1,000/month.
I work full-time as a career professional and value a clean, mature, and peaceful home environment. I pay rent on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy.
My dog, Teddy, is a small, sweet, and incredibly quiet dog. He is fully house-broken, independent, and strictly managed by me. He spends his days walking, grooming, or relaxing quietly by my side. We are looking for a dog-friendly household with respectful roommates.
