Hi! I'm a late-30's female professional looking for a private, dedicated room (not shared) in San Francisco for my in-office workdays, starting December 2026 or January 2027.
THE SETUP
• I'd be there Sunday night through Wednesday most weeks, then home in Santa Cruz County the rest of the week
• Occasional weekends in the city
• Very occasionally, my middle-school aged son would stay with me for a night
• I'd like to keep my things in the room full-time, so a dedicated room, not a room share or hot-desk arrangement
AREAS
Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Mission Bay, East Mission, or Bernal Heights. Anything within about 2 miles of Mission Bay is ideal.
ABOUT ME
• Works in tech
• Clean, quiet, respectful, and low-key on weeknights
• Non-smoker
• Since I'm away about half the week, you get a reliable roommate who's around less than most
• Previous communal living experience. Communicative and tidy.
• Yoga, dancing, hiking, all the things are my jam, but you'll probably just see my boring work side when I'm in the city unless I come up for a weekend.
NICE TO HAVE
• Furnished or unfurnished, either works
• Parking or easy street parking is a plus but not required. Bike storage?
• Month-to-month or flexible lease to start
BUDGET
$1100–$2000/month, depending on the space.
