My wife and I and our super-docile cat, Jackson, are looking to relocate from NYC to Florida now that our daughter is starting at UF in the Fall. We are looking for a short-term rental/sublet/lease takeover to use as a home base while we explore the state and figure out where we'll eventually settle. Optimally, we'd like to find a furnished 1BR/1BA with some amenities. We're flexible on lease terms and move-in dates. We plan to be in the area in the next couple weeks and can view/meet/sign (if appropriate) offers then.
