I am a divorced professional working full-time in Ojai. Looking for the ideal room to rent in a bright, clean, non chaotic home. I have excellent references in rental history and income. I would be sharing the room with my 12 year old son half of the time. I co parent nicely with his dad, whi also lives in Ventura. My son is really truly like another adult. We have rented rooms together for the past 2 years and landlords/roommates will vouch to how respectful and kind he is. I'm open to going in together with apartment shares too. Thank you 😊
