Private Room in Shared house (Montrose / Midtown / The heights)

I'm a professional male in my 40's looking for a Private room in a shared house. I would like a washer and dryer in unit and central air. Also need a kitchen with stove. Parking off street or on street as long as street parking is not too scarce.
