We’re building a reliable team of independent contractors for ongoing work at our ranch and equestrian facility in Poway. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy working outdoors and can provide services in one or more of the following areas:
🐴 Lesson Assistants
Assist with equestrian lessons and programs, including helping riders get ready, grooming and tacking horses, supporting instructors, supervising activities, and helping maintain a safe and organized environment. Horse experience is strongly preferred.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable transportation, good communication, punctuality and the ability to work independently are important. Contractors should have experience and their own tools/equipment when appropriate for the service being provided.
Work is project-based and may include weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings depending on the position and project.
