Go-Staff is currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals for general labor positions throughout San Diego County. With construction projects continuing to grow, we have multiple opportunities available for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain clean and organized construction sites by removing debris and waste materials.
Sweep, clean, and prepare work areas throughout the job site.
Assist with digging, lifting, carrying, and transporting construction materials.
Support construction crews with daily tasks and general labor duties.
Follow job site safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Perform additional duties as needed to keep projects running efficiently.
Qualifications
No construction experience required; training will be provided.
Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
Reliable transportation is a plus but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
Willingness to follow instructions and work well with others.
Positive attitude and interest in learning new skills.
Availability to work full-time hours based on project needs.
