This item is a pair of vintage Chinese 3 bamboo straw art panels featuring a bird on a flowering branch and a traditional sailing junk boat. They are handcrafted using bamboo reeds to create a 3 dimensional effect.The traditional East Asian imagery is perfect for framing in a minimum 3 1/2 “ by 5 1/2” or much larger with a border added for a decorative wall hanging. The history of these 2 panels date to Hawaii in the 1990s. They are in perfect condition and have stayed preserved in a scrapbook.
