this thing is bad ass. its a vintage card stimpler. it was basically an early photo copier. you draw image on card, trace it with this machine, it poked small holes super close through it, then you used that card to lay over paper and use an ink roller that would push ink through the holes and make copies for you as many as you wanted. you hold in hand like dremel tool and pump the pedal with foot causeing it to osilate. not saying you can or cannot, but basically a very old tattoo machine too......i mean.....ha. great for any home or office or museum, or......comes with a very old paper instruction not seen here in a hard plastic sleeve cause its super brittle
