Pets: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply and a maximum of 200 pounds. We collect a pet deposit of $300 per pet, two pets max. Monthly Pet rent is $40 per pet. All pets must be properly licensed and have shots required by statute or regulation at all times.
Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds.
