Hardly used. Includes weatherstripping, foam insulation, and functioning remote. It all works perfectly, but it will not fit in any of our current home's windows after moving (they are the wrong orientation for this type of unit). Features a digital display, quiet mode, auto mode, energy-saving mode, a timer, and other normal AC settings. Cleaned out the interior of the side that is exposed to the open air. Filter should be good. Works best for medium-sized rooms, I believe: a bedroom, nursery, office, dining room, kitchen, et cetera. Probably not ideal for open-concept living spaces, but it would still help to cool you down a bit if there's a ton of stale or hot air swirling around inside.
