Warm, dry basement space available within a week or so in a 2bd/1ba house with two cool, quiet guys (one straight, one gay) AND one adorable golden retriever named Walter. We have a fully furnished house (actually half a duplex) and fully stocked kitchen so it would be great if all you have to bring is your bedroom furniture and clothes. We'd share a bathroom so please be neat/clean, be willing to share in household chores (and NO...we will NOT be using a chore wheel LOL). We have a solid washer/dryer and the utilities run about $55/month each guy - a bit more in the winter. We'd really prefer another cool, quiet guy with no pets, no drama and no hardcore partying. $200 deposit and $565/month. We're at SE 35th and Hawthorne, surrounded by all kinds of shopping, great food & theaters and there's a supermarket (Fred Meyer) 3 blocks away.
