Used this for a couple of years, but I've since upgraded to a different chair. It forces better posture by leaning you a bit forward, having you sit more upright without sinking into your lower back. I weigh 200lbs, and felt a bit heavy for it, so may be better for lighter-weight folks.
I used upholstery cleaner + Hoover spot cleaner vacuum for the seat and knee cushions, though there are normal signs of wear. Still in great shape and easy to disassemble.
