This is a 2bd/1ba unit in a duplex. I just finished remodeling with new appliances, cabinets, floors, and fixtures. Located near the Foster food carts and Trader Joe's. It includes off-street parking and a fully fenced patio area.
12 month lease includes water/sewer/garbage. You only pay for electric (PGE). Cats are allowed without cat rent or deposit. Sorry, no dogs are allowed. There are NO utility bill-back fees or cat fees!
Off-street parking for one car, and plenty of free parking on the street. No smoking.
Deposit is $500.
Application fee is $50 but I refund it to you when you move in.
No extra utility/pet/convenience fees. When you're looking at ads from corporate places, read the fine print carefully. You may find that they are charging up to $400 extra per month in random fees. And that's just silly. I don't do that.
