Thule SUP Taxi - super easy tool-less setup on round, square, or aero bars. Fits a monster 13' board and much smaller, and depending on thickness, you can get two up there. Includes key that works both to lock rack onto cross bars, and to lock strap in place. $400 new. Selling so cheap because one of the clasps broke (see pictures) when I was taking it down and I dropped it. Still works perfectly well - I locked one side, and I just used a velcro strap to hold the other one in place.
