This excellent deck won't last long. Fully auto turntable for 33.3 and 45 RPM, 12, 10, or 7" vinyl. Can also be used as semi-auto if you cue the start of the record, the arm returns at the end of the side. This was Technics top-of the-line auto deck when introduced in 1977, with the same direct drive motor used in the SL-1200 present in most radio stations and recording studios. Very reliable. Comes with a Shure V15 IV cartridge and a new stylus. V15 IV was Shure's top of the line cartridge when it was introduced.
The deck is ready for the next 50 years, with all new capacitors, it has also had the old grease cleaned off and been re-lubricated. The speed switch and adjustment pots have been cleaned and the speeds are both stable. New Mogami W2528 low-capacitance cables w/Newtrik Rean Phono plugs.
Deck sold for $290 when introduced in 1977, which equals $1,612 in today's dollar. Photos to come.
