Shared workspace / studio (Close in SE)

Exploring sharing my workspace with a responsible and focused professional. You could be self employed or work from home. I’m a design consultant and this is my live/work setup. I’ve been meeting with clients and working with partners here for three years. Roughly, I spend about 75% of my working time here.

Off the street entry to main workspace, extra room available if a video conference needs to happen, covered and uncovered outdoor space for lunch or calls. Group meetings are manageable in person or in combination virtual/in person.

Let me know what you do and what you’re needing in a workspace. Ideally, we can offer each other some accountability and get lots of work done. Cost negotiable.
