$375 Shared Therapy Room available in popular Inner Burnside 3-4 days/week
QR Code Link to This Post
Room 4 is going for $125 per consistent weekday monthly. The days available are Wednesday through Saturday and we are hoping to fill at least 3 of the 4 days available. This room also has a skylight - great for a soft natural light. A great fit would be for a massage therapist, holistic esthetician or Acupuncturist. Available NOW.
Utilities are included in rent as well as access to our 3 shared parking spaces. Bathrooms are located right across the hall. Our suite is located on the 2nd floor only with stair access. We are on Burnside and 8th with ample street parking for our clients.
Currently our space houses LMT's, Estheticians, and Somatic Therapists. :)
1 year lease. No deposit required.
I've had this space for therapy businesses for the past 5 years and it truly is a special place!
