NE Concordia Neighborhood,
on a bike route, not far from jumping on highway 30 to the gorge, to 205 and 84.
Less than a mile to Kennedy school and use of the pool there is free
Close by is New Seasons. It's a quiet neighborhood, good walking, parks close by, bars & other shops 15 min walk.
Good back yard, gardening in raised beds in the front. Although they have become a bit untamed.
Lots of street parking right in front of the house.
It's a mellow neighborhood! Neighbors are all nice!

Kitchen is well equipped.
If you have items to add and it isn't here, there is some space to add. There is space in the kitchen for your items.

- no smoking or vaping of anything inside at all
- proactive with the shared house chores.
- mindfulness of lights being turned off when not in a room
- keeping the space tidy is important and necessary.
I get leaving items around sometimes, I do it.
- A clean kitchen is a must.
- willing to help with light yard work
- Clean bathroom is a must
- no scented synthetic fragrances
- some essential oils are welcome with awareness of intensity
- natural products only, no fragrances
- understanding certian household items are shared and split monetarily, i.e.: cleaning products, paper towls, tp, laundry detergent, trashbags
