Fully furnished Schoolbus tiny home that I converted is for rent. Structurally sound but rough around the edges. Parked Around SE 136th and Foster, tucked away with easy access to Powell Butte.
My wife, dog and I lived out of it for two years and I know the ins and outs fairly well.
The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet, may need to briefly go outside to access.
Very small washer and dryer on site.
Kitchen is basic but functional: two burner gas stove, chest refrigerator and removable microwave/convection oven if desired. There is a small apartment washing machine setup outdoors.
Air conditioning and additional heating can be provided as needed, but air conditioner can not keep up with the really hot summers.
Smoking of any sort indoors is prohibited, I don't care if you can smoke responsibly outside.
We can make room for one vehicle for parking, an additional vehicle would cost extra and require some coordination.
My wife and I have a dog who likes to bark and will probably fear you for the first few weeks as he's afraid of everything. We can adjust to your schedule when we let him out if necessary.
Open to couples and dogs, but prefer single with no pets. Need renters insurance to move in, which should cost about $20/month.
Moving in will be a 2.5 stage interview. Meet before seeing the bus to make sure we are compatible.
