We are seeking a professional and personable webinar moderator for a live virtual event over Zoom on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 9:00–9:45 AM Pacific Time.
This is a fully remote, one-time paid engagement.
Responsibilities
Join approximately 20 minutes before the event for a final readiness check
Welcome attendees and provide brief webinar housekeeping
Introduce the presenters using provided bios
Keep the program moving and on schedule
Monitor attendee questions
Facilitate the Q&A portion
Provide smooth transitions between speakers and sections
Deliver a brief closing
Assist with basic Zoom Webinar moderation as needed
You will have 1 practice Session with speakers before the date of the event and must have experience moderating zoom webinars.
All necessary talking points, speaker information, and event instructions will be provided in advance.
