Yes i absolutely do plaster work. Resurface those cracked up walls. i can remove wall paper and the stubborn brown material behind it all the way down to the original surface. i have a technique that is quick and thorough and wont leave a huge sticky mess.

i grew up in an office environment since i was a kid, i do realize the value of good communication and follow through. i did litigation for several years and when you’re dealing with court proceedings, you don’t be late ever. if i ever do get into traffic or any issue, i always communicate and respect your time.
Not only drywall work, we Love framing up walls, doors, windows, trim too. we can get your insulation needs handled, excellent work. paint? sure. floors? sometimes yes. been doing a lot of decks lately.
i am very clear that my #1 thing is drywall hanging, mud tape finish, plaster work, smooth or texture. but we do other stuff too when it makes sense to do so.
My son is excellent with masking off, sectioning off, containing any mess, protecting, making clean up super easy.

As for plumbing and electric, happy to refer you to some professionals I know and trust. They do excellent work, and they are absolutely licensed and insured for your protection. I do NOT personally offer electric or plumbing services, I am very honest about what I do and don’t do, this is very important in a reliable trustworthy contractor.
Dump Box and Trash Out? Yes we can demo and trash out if you want. Clean up the messy old house and get rid of junk / junk removal.
No advance payment on labor. we are confident you will like how we operate. large jobs do require payment in phases, but the work is always far ahead of the money, this way you can always see the job, see the work, see what you are paying for.
Most all drywall jobs go like this; hang drywall first, then you pay for that, then mud tape finish happens, then you pay for that. No risk to you at all. as you make payment, the work is already done.
Yes, happy to take over abandoned jobs, unfinished jobs, poorly done jobs, there is no judgment here, I wont laugh at you, I am happy to get the job back on track and done professionally.
Yes, my son is sometimes involved and does very good work too. my son is now 17, he has approximately 12 years of good experience himself, he can achieve an excellent smooth finish, he is talented, he has recently done very well with wood work, trim work.

I am very reasonable on labor cost. Not cheapO, but reasonable and fair. All material is at cost, no mark ups which is normal in construction, but with me all material is at cost. a small reasonable delivery charge might apply with large loads of things.
Love large jobs. In the case i have to bring in team players, everyone I work with is a family man/woman, i never bring strangers into your home. Only excellent proven professionals i know personally.
we do a clean finish up -OR- clean up yourself and save money, this seems to be a popular option, as it saves significant cash for you.
