1. There is a maximum of two (2) pre-approved pets per household. Aquariums greater than 5 gallons and caged animals are accepted and will count as one (1) pet. Aquariums may not exceed 55 gallons.
2. A deposit of $200 is required for the first pet and $100 for the second pet, paid at the time the pet enters the unit.
3. The only pets accepted are: Dogs, cats, rodents, fish birds, and turtles.
4. All pets will require proof of renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability to cover any damage or injury caused by said pet.
