R is a 38-year-old male, the owner of the house and inhabits one of the rooms. He works as an architect at a local firm and works on a hybrid schedule – 3 days per week at home, and 2 days in the office. When not working, he likes spending time at the climbing gym, going skiing, riding bikes around town, or in some other way being active and engaging in the beautiful surrounding environment. He also enjoys checking out local food, music, and the arts.
B is a 51 yo queer dude into outdoors, the gym, and community. Quiet, clean, respectful of space. He generally keep to himself when in the house. He is more of a night owl than an early riser.
