looking for comic collections, cash paid today (Portland/Vancouver/Salem PDX METRO)

I am a local comic collector seeking larger collections with 1,000 or more comics. My main interest is going to be Marvel & Dc comics published from the 1960's to the 1980's. I do buy other publishers and comics published after that if the price is good.
I am located in Salem and wont travel for collections with less than 1,000 comics.
Please send me a detailed message and include as much of the following information as possible.
- How many comics are there total?
- What are the majority of the titles?
- What's the majority publication date range?
- What condition are they in, how were they stored, are they bagged & boarded?
- What is your asking price and are you willing to negotiate. Please be realistic on asking as I don't pay retail.
Any additional information would be helpful such as.
- Any key issues, or consecutive number runs # 1- 50 ect.
- Any pictures.
- Lists if you have them.
