Hi! I am looking for an additional roommate in my 4 bed-2 bath apartment at University Pointe at College Station. I am looking for someone that is both trans/nonbinary friendly AND someone that is neurodivergent/autistic friendly. My roommate and I are both trans and autistic, and I personally have a few caregivers that come by to help me out for a couple of hours, a few times a week. The ages of the current roommates are mid 20's to early 30's. Someone that is a friendly introvert would be a good fit. I am looking for someone that is emotionally mature when it comes to living with other people, and that has experience living with roommates. University Pointe is managed by a large company. I do not have the final say to allow you to move in. You have to apply with University Pointe and to be approved by management to be able to live here, just to clarify. While I love animals, I cannot live with cats due to severe allergies. Sorry-breathing is important! Totally fine to live with a dog, though. Pet rent is $60 if you don't have an ESA.
(Also, sorry for mentioning this, but I had a really weird previous roommate, and I just need to clarify that I do not under any circumstances date my roommates. Please don't hit on me. It makes things so awkward. I am totally fine with platonic relationships with roommates though if we get along well. It's also just a good idea in general to not date your roommates lmao)
You don't have to be a PSU student or a student at all to live here. The apartment is furnished with a mattress, desk, chair, and has a closet in each bedroom. I recommend getting a mattress topper for the mattress. It makes things so much more comfortable. The common areas of the apartment are of course furnished too. There's private study rooms in the building if that's helpful. You get keys for your own bedroom if you want to lock your door. Cosigners are accepted here if you need them.
