Fully licensed and insured carpenter (verifiable) needed to help with various aspects of finishing out a remodel project.
Should be a jack of all trades (drywall, flooring, tile, etc), but our immediate need is for a new railing on existing front porch steps of turn of century house. Also interior handrail work. Possible further deck and fencing work. Should have familiarity with handrail and railing extension codes for commercial structures.
