He actually asked why Oregon is buying more ballot drop boxes, if they thought voting is secure. Implying that mail in voting is not secure. The old Trump propaganda that there is widespread voter fraud.
Not once did he tell his audience the real reason. It is because USPS is now postmarking the date mail is processed, not picked up. This may invalidate ballots dropped in the mail.
