I have a fully furnished and appointed 700 square foot apartment for rent near 59th and SE Division with everything you need to feel comfortable while visiting the Portland area. It is located on the second floor above a hall used for classes and exercise therapy. It is mostly a quiet space that is a few steps from public transportation and less than a block from a really nice coffee shop. It is a very short distance from all that is offered by the Hawthorne and Division street districts and a short walk to beautiful Mount Tabor park. It has high ceilings and an open space living room. It has a large size bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. The bathroom has both shower and tub and provided towels. The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment, a free parking spot, a smart TV, and free Wi-fi. All utilities are included.

If you don't rent a car or have your own, there is ample public transportation as well as Uber, and Lyft for your convenience. Portland is known for its great public transportation and it keeps getting better.

The apartment is available as a short term rental on a weekly or monthly basis. Given the activities that occur in the hall below, I am looking for a quiet person who doesn't mind the occasional charming sounds arising from classical music from below. There is a no smoking and no pets policy. We prefer a "no shoe" policy in the house so you can bring slippers or indoor shoes are fine. Also be aware you have to climb a few stairs to get to the apartment. : $450 week / $1685 mth. ($10 day for an extra person). All utilities including WiFi included. Please respond with some information about yourself. Available beginning November 11.
