These are spring spreaders for vintage autos with springs that go from one side of the fame to the other side. They are used to unload the spring for removal. To my knowledge they are not sold any where. All the ones i have seen are home made as these are. I have the standard one and the one used with a reversed eye spring. I have used both and they work fine. They are 100$ each.
