This has been a very well used couch that needs to be cleaned as there are some stains as shown in pictures. Also the pullout section is missing the latch that attaches to the main couch. It has been part of a non-smoking household.

You will likely need two people minimum to disassemble/lift (bring tools and a truck/trailer) as it is in the basement.

Dimensions (Approximate): 90.5 inches length, 61 inches depth, 25 inches height
