I then personalize thoughtful designs and processes utilizing industrious solutions, diligent planning & creative problem solving. Creating tangible and functional spaces to meet their needs and desires, enhance their lives all while maximizing their budget!

+ I have prepared many homes and apartments for guests of short term rentals and tenants for long term rentals. I have cleaned, painted and staged many homes and condos to go on the market as well as making sure open houses and photoshoots attract and dazzle potential buyers
+I am seasoned and highly competent in navigating complex and high stress projects such as hoards, vandalism, and the aftermath of violence and or trauma. I have had the privilege of assisting and supporting clients facing mental and physical health challenges, survivors of violence & abuse, as well as clients healing from extreme loss and trauma.
+I am certified in and strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures of OSHA, CDC, and WHO in infection and illness prevention, waste disposal, handling and working with chemicals, mitigate hazards such as biohazards, airborne contaminants, and slip-and-fall risks.Bloodborne Pathogens Standards
+I possess a great deal of knowledge and experience in restoration and preservation. I know the correct products and procedures to use on each material and area.
+While there are universal organizational principles, I always tailor systems of organization to the specific client. Establishing processes that meet their goals and remain maintainable.
+Clearing space is the keystone to the process. To accomplish this vital step I often organize yard sales and or establish sales online. Seeing the progress and receiving cash tends to make the process more enjoyable for the client , who often uses the proceeds to further design and enhance their space.
*Maintenance & Repairs*
+I have the tools, knowledge and elbow grease required to repair appliances and fixtures. From toilets and sinks to ovens and refrigerators. I have maximized many of my clients budgets who planned to purchase new appliances and fixtures by repairing and deep cleaning.
*Clever Sourcing of Materials *
I have built beautiful bathroom vanities from wine barrels and vintage furniture. I utilize and revitalize materials the client owns as well as acquire materials others give away for free or sell at extremely low prices, such as cabinets, claw foot bath tubs, fireplace mantles and countertops. I have a workshop and the necessary tools to refinish, restore, repurpose and then install them. Creating beautiful and unique spaces for my clients while saving them substantial amounts of money

I have a beautiful workshop with wonderful tools. Allowing me to build or restore custom pieces to fit my clients spaces and style perfectly
*Knowledge of Rules & Regulations*
I have extensive knowledge and understanding of building codes and permits. I have assisted many clients to attain the proper permits for short term rentals, home renovations and converting basements to livable spaces. I spent years as a licensed insurance producer, gaining extensive knowledge and understanding of property inspections, risks and dangers from the view of underwriters, zoning, FIMA flood insurance, fire codes and safety, and more
*Basic Electrical & Plumbing Knowledge *
Besides being able to perform basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting I can install ceiling mounted fans and light fixtures, hard wire outdoor security cameras, as well as install sinks and toilets.
*Deconstruction & Disposal*
I am in love with deconstruction and never demo anything. Reducing risk of damages and waste. I reuse materials, give them out for free, recycle them then will transport whatever is left safely to the dump in my truck.
*Prepared & Reliable*
I show up early and I show up prepared. I have reliable transportation for any project or obligation with a truck, a Prius, and a tricycle. I have my own tools, cleaning supplies and a workshop. I diligently research, plan and design for every location and project. Yet I remain adaptable, allowing for quick and efficient responses to unexpected issues & obstacles. I remain dedicated to the safety and well-being of myself, current and future household residents (including animals) and neighbors.
