Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is looking for a reliable, versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our health centers throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

If you have experience in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general building maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety. You'll work independently and with our Facilities & Security team to keep our buildings safe, functional, and ready to serve patients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Handle carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture repairs
• Troubleshoot light plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Help maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment
• Manage and complete assignments using a digital work-order system
• Respond to urgent repairs and unexpected building issues
• Travel between PPCW locations as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours emergencies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of hands-on trades or building maintenance experience
• Broad repair skills and experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and active insurance for work-related driving
• Reliable transportation for travel between work locations
• Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds

Experience maintaining commercial buildings, apartment communities, healthcare facilities, or multiple properties is especially relevant.

PAY & BENEFITS

• $23.05–$33.57 per hour, depending on experience and wage placement
• Full-time, 37.5 paid hours per week
