Our home is quiet and peaceful. The house has an extra-large yard, a large paved patio (great for BBQs and friendly gatherings), and room to grow veggies or flowers if you would like. Located between Gresham and Portland, it is only 1/4 mile to the Division Street bus stop, and about a mile to a Max stop. 5 blocks to a local park with a walking path and David Douglas High School's track, tennis courts, and pool. 1 mile to Glendoveer Golf Course, which has a 2 mile walking path. About 2 miles to the Springwater Corridor Bike Trail.
At this time, everyone here is 50+, happy, friendly, laid back, and busy with work and life. Even when all four of us are here, you'd wonder if anyone was home! Truly a peaceful, quiet place to live. Respectfully, we clean as we go, so no one faces a mound of dirty dishes in the sink!
