Phagans School of Hair Design is accepting applications for the position of Admissions Representative.
The Admissions Representative will identify and engage prospective students. Daily responsibilities include telephoning leads, scheduling tours of the school, meeting with potential students and possibly their parents. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, understanding student needs, recommending tailored educational solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction in the enrollment process. The Admissions Representative will also collaborate with Financial Aid Administrators and the Director of Education to align courses and schedules with student requirements, and contribute feedback to improve programs and materials.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain educational solutions to diverse audiences.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on building trust, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing ongoing client support.
• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in education or related sectors.
• Sales Management capabilities, such as planning student enrollment and account strategies, forecasting, and tracking performance against goals.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client accounts.
