AIMCO, a leading Marketer of Industrial Assembly Equipment and Assembly Systems, currently has an immediate career opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Associate.
SUMMARY
Performs all traditional Accounts Receivable tasks in addition to the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
• Responsible for complete accounts receivable cycle - including customer on-boarding, collections, and accurate payment processing.
• Review and release customer orders and make credit decisions.
• Respond timely to inquiries from customers; both internal and external.
• Attention to detail is crucial for balancing payments to bank deposits and customer sub-ledger.
• Administrator and data entry for third-party customer portals.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service.
• Maintain resale certificate and ensure proper documentation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
DESIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• 2-5 years accounts receivable experience.
