We have space available in our small (less than 10 unit), community-minded RV/tiny home mini-park in inner Northeast Portland.
$650/month for 1 person or $700/month for 2 people includes utilities (30 amp/120 V electrical hook-up, water, sewer, garbage).
Move in cost: 1st month's rent plus $650 (or $700 for 2 people) security deposit = $1,300 (or $1400 for 2 people).
Tiny homes with higher electrical demands will have a higher rate based on expected use.
Maximum length 28ft. Your unit must be fully functional and in decent condition. Vintage trailers, motorhomes, buses, and creative tiny homes welcome!
On-site parking for one vehicle in addition to your unit.
Maximum 2 people per unit. Non-smokers preferred.

We accept quiet pets who are indoor-only or remain accompanied when outdoors.
