Hi there Im Jason. My friend is moving out at the end of Oct to live with his gf. Im looking for someone to fill his spot at the beginning of Nov. About the place. I live in a 2 bdrm 2.5 bath townhome apt in Tigard in the Apts Brightwater at Redhawk. They are nice apts. all have washer/dryer inside. Nice area, close to everything in tigard, beaverton, and the hwy. U would have your own room, the full bathroom in the hallway with standup bath/shower, along with the entire dining room area for whatever u want it to be. As shown in the pics attached. Storage, quiet cove area, etc.. Bedroom has 2 big closets. Theres a small gym, swimming pool, and hot tub. With the new yr lease starting in nov. you half would be $600. water is a flat rate with rent. Then the only other thing split is whatever power is, on avg about 100 month total, and the high speed internet i have with comcast $600. So total half would be about $600-1k a month. I have the 1 covered parking spot, but the place has lots of free parking spots. About me. Im 44 yr old white male. Single. Employed with a stable job for many yrs at fm. Im nice, fair, respect peoples stuff and area. Im very clean, so u must be as well mainly the kitchen and bathroom. Im not your mom u should know how to be an adult in life. Im a nerd, sports enthusiast, metal lover, and movie nut. Im easy to get along with as long as u dont have any major life issues or drama. U must have a good reliable job and able to pay rent at the start of every month. Sorry no pets, no weed no drugs. Im a mild drinker, alcohol is ok but no hardcore alcoholics. Smoking is allowed out on the street if u are a smoker. I normally work in the mornings, and dont stay up really late. If u fall into this feel free to message me and we can talk more.
