2026 Surly Karate Monkey Front Suspension – Size XS - Salmon Pink Sundae

Excellent condition with premium upgrades and professionally setup tubeless. One of the most versatile steel hardtails on the market — equally capable as a trail bike, bikepacking rig, commuter, or all-around adventure machine.

Original MSRP for the bike alone was approximately $2,599 before upgrades. This specific build was purchased new in June 2025 from [Campfire Cycling] with over $3,000 invested including upgraded components and accessories.

Size XS fits riders approximately 4’10”–5’2” depending on inseam and riding style.

Factory specs include:

* Surly 4130 Chromoly steel frame
* RockShox 35 Gold RL suspension fork with 140mm travel
* Shimano 1x12 drivetrain
* Shimano XT M8100 shifter and rear derailleur
* Shimano crankset with 30T chainring
* 11-51T cassette
* Hydraulic disc brakes
* 27.5” wheelset
* Surly Dirt Wizard 27.5 x 2.8 tubeless-ready tires
* Boost spacing
* Internal dropper routing

Upgrades and extras include:

* PNW Coast suspension dropper post
* PNW Loam Gen 2 lever
* Wolf Tooth Waveform pedals
* Wolf Tooth anodized silver accent kit
* Ergon GP3 BioKork grips
* Muc-Off iridescent tubeless valve stems
* Tubeless setup with Orange Seal
* Planet Bike Superflash tail light
* Jagwire silver derailleur housing accents

The Karate Monkey has a cult following for its smooth steel ride quality, playful handling, and ability to adapt to nearly any style of riding. Fantastic option for singletrack, gravel, bikepacking, winter riding, or simply owning one bike that can truly do it all.

My bike new was just over $3,000 as shown. Priced to move at $1,600. Get yourself as close to new karate monkey preowned and save big.

$1,600 cash gets my bike. I am firm on price (unless you buy both). I'll take $100 off the pair if you buy both (see my other 2025 karate Monkey both size xs) ($3,000 total; close to buy one get one free).

Pickup in Port Washington Wisconsin.

Thanks for considering and have a great day.
