Looking to start Funk/R&B band (Port Jefferson Station)

Hey all I am an experienced 27 year old guitarist and singer playing for 16 years in the port Jefferson Suffolk area looking to start a Soul/Funk/Psychedelic band. I am looking to start with covers and jam around and eventually start writing with other likeminded musicians. I am into The Marcus King Band, Allman Brothers, Tame Impala, John Mayer, Bill Withers, Little Feat and more. To start, I am looking ideally for a solid drummer with good pocket and dynamic fills willing to lock into a tight rhythm, a bass player looking for the same and eventually adding some horns and a pianist. Looking to jam at open mics and eventually gigs in the Nassau/city/Suffolk area with rehearsals regularly. Below is a link to my YouTube channel with jams I’ve done.
