We’re looking for motivated, confident, charismatic people who want an opportunity to build a serious income.
You do not need insurance experience. If you’re coachable, communicate well, have a positive attitude, and believe you can learn anything, we can train you.
Every one of our 7 currently licensed agents will earn SIX FIGURES+ this year.
For the right candidates, we will sponsor your insurance licensing.
Our goal is simple: help individuals and families find the health insurance products they need while building an incredible career and lifestyle in the process.
As a licensed agent, you will:
• Take inbound calls from individuals and families looking for health insurance
• Have access to nearly all health insurance products available in the market
• Help clients compare options and complete the enrollment process
• Earn large upfront commissions on your sales
• Build a book of business that can generate recurring residual income
• Receive hands-on sales training designed to help you succeed
💰 We offer extremely competitive commissions, including residuals.

If you are coming from an environment where cutting corners, misleading clients, or putting commissions ahead of the customer was considered acceptable, this will not be the right fit.
