Looking for a respectful, mature and quiet single tenant with no animals or possibly a small pet only if working from home.
This space is available for 1 person (no exceptions) only and any gender is welcome. No loud music or parties. Must be very clean person who is mature and respects the property itself.
This is a side apartment is attached to an occupied quiet household without children. House has updated roof, new plumbing and new AC. Generator also available during any power outage due to weather. The window ac unit is to provide tenant the choice to adjust their own comfort level as there is only one ac vent on that side of the house in bedroom area.

-$3k is a must to move-in

-Single parking space in driveway - Unfortunately under palm trees so parking in driveway would always be at your own risk. Plenty of parking available on street also.
-Free coconuts if you have tools to trim them down from very tall palm trees next to parking space. Most of the time people will come by asking to cut down coconuts so the do get trimmed from time to time…but parking in driveway will always be at your own risk.

-Free mandatory monthly bug spray from very reputable local company. Mandatory only because we live in very buggy South FL. Only bug you might ever see in this apartment is an occasional palmetto that gets in when door is opened at night.
-Free Guest WiFi access
The studio has a very small sink and no stove but past tenant used and suggests using an Insta Pot, air fryer, and toaster oven however these must be purchased.
My previous tenant is available as a reference as well.
