Proven experience in automotive sales.
Experience with BHPH (Buy Here, Pay Here) financing.
Knowledge and experience working with bank financing.
Proficiency in DealerCenter software.
Fluent in BOTH Portuguese and English
Must reside in the Pompano Beach area or nearby.
Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong sales and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
