We are an established, licensed commercial (some residential) roofing contractor and are looking for local, experienced roofing subcontractors for ongoing commercial projects.
Must have:
Commercial roofing experience – hot mop (SBS/BUR), TPO, shingle, and metal
Your own TPO equipment (robots, etc.). We have kettles, lifts, and a telehandler on site.
An English-speaking supervisor on every crew
Local to South Florida (Broward / Palm Beach / Dade)
Proper licensing and insurance

Hot mop SBS: mop base, Ply IV, and cap – per SQ (tear-off and install)
Add-ons: ISO and tapered ISO – per SQ
TPO: per SQ (tear-off and install)
Metal: per SQ (tear-off and install)
Tile: per SQ (tear-off and install)
Shingle: per SQ (tear-off and install)
