We’re hiring an experienced Roofer / Maintenance Technician to handle daily repair work orders at residential and commercial properties.
Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33062
Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time position
We regularly receive work orders for roof leaks, balcony leaks, and ceiling water intrusion after heavy rain. We need someone who can identify the source, explain the repairs needed, and complete the work properly.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and repair roof leaks and water intrusion.
• Inspect roofing, flashing, roof penetrations, and drainage.
• Repair shingle, tile, and flat roofs.
• Perform balcony waterproofing and sealing repairs.
• Apply appropriate waterproofing materials and roof coatings.
• Provide before-and-after photos and clear work order updates.
• Handle general maintenance repairs between roofing assignments.
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience finding and repairing leaks.
• Experience with roofing repairs and waterproofing.
• Ability to work safely on roofs and ladders using proper fall protection.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone to receive work orders and submit photos.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
