We are looking for a reliable **contract appointment setter** to call families who have expressed interest in our childcare center.
**Calling Schedule:**
- Weekday calls must be made **between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM**
- **Saturday calls may be made at any time**
- Remote contract work
**Compensation:**
- **Hourly pay**
- **Bonus opportunities based on results**
**Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to existing leads
- Answer basic questions
- Schedule tours
- Update notes after **every call**
- Record call outcomes and follow-up needs
- Follow up with families who have not responded
**Requirements:**
- Must use your **own phone**
- Must have a **computer and reliable internet**
- Must be able to access our system to **book tours and update notes**
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
