**What we're looking for:**
- Landscape maintenance experience required
- Team lead / crew lead experience a plus
- Ability to speak and communicate well in English required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Dependable attendance

**The work:**
This is a hands-on labor position. Work is performed outdoors in all weather, including extended periods in Florida heat and humidity, and involves physical tasks like digging, lifting, and being on your feet most of the day.
