All Rite Paving Contractors — a trusted paving company with 50 years of service in the South Florida market — is seeking a Florida Certified General Contractor to serve as the qualifying agent for our business.
About Us
We specialize in residential and commercial paving, including driveways, patios, pool decks, and site development throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We are based in Lighthouse Point, FL.
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC) in good standing with DBPR
Clean license history — no complaints, suspensions, or revocations
Good credit standing (FICO 660+, per CILB requirements)
Willingness to serve as the primary qualifying agent for All Rite Paving Contractors
Ability to provide oversight and supervision of construction operations as required by Florida law
